Jacob Mower, 33, of Clarksville Indiana, died Wednesday of a brain injury that he suffered in a car accident. According to the arrest citation the driver, John Koerner,34, has been charged with first degree assault, driving under the influence, first degree wanton endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, and failing to maintain required insurance.
